Our coaching model is centered around the belief that, with the right tools and habits, every client can succeed. We interview parents, take a deep dive into school data and psychologist’s reports, and really listen to our clients. The information we gather helps us to better understand their goals, motivations and Executive Functioning (EF) skills. Throughout the coaching relationship, we will continue to build on and deepen this understanding. Learn More About Executive Functioning skills.
During the weekly coaching sessions, clients will collaborate with their coach to solve problems, strategize stress points, and prioritize tasks. Each session ends with identifying a goal or habit for the week. Throughout the remainder of the week, the client and coach stay in daily contact to keep them accountable to the habits and goals they have set.
Through it all, the success of our model is built upon two pillars:
• A strong and personalized relationship with our clients and
• A deep understanding of Executive Functioning Skills. Learn More
